who ate the lobster pot pie and vanilla shake on Tuesday, October 30, 2007
When it's four am, you have three famished hotties on your arm and your choices are limited to zippy's or likelike drive in, mac24/7 is a refreshing alternative. the ambiance is bright and modern; imagine clockwork orange without the psychopaths. the food is less than amazing, but considering it's 4 am, one can't be very picky. their best dish is the lobster pot pie, paired with the five dollar vanilla shake. the prices are reasonable and the ambiance is enough to impress your date(s). ps., we've tried every way to bribe the bartender into sneaking us some alcohol after 4 am, but to no avail.

Cheap American/Local food. Food is stuff you can cook at home, but the prices are pretty damn good. They serve a giant bowl of saimin. And giant pancakes. You have to see them. Open 24 hours is such a bonus. Bar is open from 6am-4am. They label themselves as a bar/restaurant...the specialty cocktail list is decent, but the beer selection sucks. Only ones that stick out are Wailua Wheat and Longboard. They serve pitchers of margarita and bloody mary.. but when we asked for a pitcher of beer, they dont have those. What. Our waiter was really funny and cool but he didn't come around enough. This sounds like such a rant, but I still recommend the restaurant. It is very nice inside. And huge. I'll be going back soon.
